Description

Smooth cream cheese sweetened with powdered sugar and sour cream creates a velvety base, while ribbons of caramel and chocolate crown the dip, studded with toasted pecans for a satisfyingly crunchy finish.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/3 cup chocolate sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract and mix until fully combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and spread it evenly.
  4. Drizzle the caramel sauce and chocolate sauce over the top of the dip.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped pecans evenly over the sauces.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

  • Use store-bought or homemade caramel and chocolate sauces based on preference.
  • Adjust the powdered sugar to taste for desired sweetness.
  • Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or fresh fruit slices for dipping.
  • Store any leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
