Description

Sweet dried berries, mini pretzels, and toasted almonds meet a warm white chocolate-honey swirl. Once chilled into clusters, each bite delivers a crisp snap, silky sweetness, and a hint of sea salt that keeps you going back for more.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice cereal squares
  • 1 cup dried strawberries
  • 1 cup mini pretzels
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine rice cereal, dried strawberries, mini pretzels, sliced almonds, and cashews.
  2. Place white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, then heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir honey and sea salt into the melted white chocolate mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the chocolate-honey mixture over the cereal blend and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Spread the coated mix onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until the coating is set, then break into clusters.

Notes

  • Use any favorite nuts or seeds to customize the mix.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
  • For extra crunch and flavor, lightly toast the almonds and cashews before mixing.
  • Swap white chocolate for dark or milk chocolate depending on your preference.
