Description

Bright red raspberries meet tart lemon and aromatic mint in this fizzy mocktail. Each sip bursts with fruity tang and gentle effervescence, finished by the subtle bitterness of non-alcoholic aperitif.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz non-alcoholic aperitif syrup
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 6 raspberries
  • 4 oz soda water
  • 4 sprigs fresh mint
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Muddle raspberries with simple syrup and lemon juice in a shaker until the berries are broken down.
  2. Add non-alcoholic aperitif syrup and ice cubes to the shaker, then shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  3. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes, then strain the mixture into the glass.
  4. Top with soda water and stir gently to combine.
  5. Garnish with raspberries and a sprig of fresh mint before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe, fragrant raspberries for the best flavor.
  • Adjust the amount of simple syrup to suit your preferred sweetness level.
  • Gently clap the mint sprigs between your palms before garnishing to release their aroma.
  • Non-alcoholic aperitif syrup adds a distinctive bitter note reminiscent of classic aperitifs.
