Rich espresso and warm pumpkin spice mingle with crisp vodka, shaken until frothy and layered with silky cream. Each sip embraces cozy autumn aromas, highlighted by a pinch of pie spice and coffee bean garnish.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Vodka
  • 30 ml Coffee liqueur
  • 30 ml Freshly brewed espresso cooled
  • 20 ml Pumpkin spice syrup
  • 15 ml Heavy cream
  • 4 pieces Ice cubes
  • 1 pinch Pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 pieces Coffee beans

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with the ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and pumpkin spice syrup.
  3. Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  5. Gently pour the heavy cream over the back of a spoon to float on top.
  6. Sprinkle the pumpkin pie spice and drop in the coffee beans for garnish.

Notes

  • Use freshly brewed espresso for the best crema and flavor.
  • Adjust the pumpkin spice syrup amount to suit your sweetness preference.
  • Chill the martini glass in the freezer for a crisp presentation.
  • Shake until the shaker feels frosty to ensure proper dilution and froth.
