Description

Creamy peanut butter blends with golden honey, hearty oats, and nutty flaxseed, while specks of chocolate add little bursts of sweetness. Chill until set for a satisfyingly chewy, energy-packed bite you can grab any time.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoon mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a muffin tin with paper liners or use a silicone mold.
  2. In a medium bowl heat peanut butter and honey together until smooth and pourable.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and salt until combined.
  4. Add rolled oats and ground flaxseed and mix until fully coated.
  5. Fold in mini chocolate chips gently.
  6. Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared liners.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
