Description

Vibrant berries and tropical fruits bathed in a honey-lime drizzle offer a bright, refreshing burst with each forkful

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple diced
  • 1 cup mango diced
  • 1 cup kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup grapes halved
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon mint leaves chopped

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl whisk together honey and fresh lime juice until smooth.
  2. Place all prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruit.
  4. Gently toss the fruit and dressing until evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle chopped mint leaves on top and give a final light toss.
  6. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use a variety of ripe, in-season fruits for optimal sweetness.
  • Chill the salad briefly to allow flavors to meld.
  • Substitute agave syrup or maple syrup if you prefer.
  • Serve immediately after chilling to preserve the fruit’s texture.
