Description

This creamy chocolate pudding blends Greek yogurt, protein powder, and almond milk into a silky base, while chia seeds add a gentle thicken and subtle crunch. Chill to let flavors meld in every spoonful.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, and unsweetened cocoa powder until smooth.
  2. Pour in the almond milk, honey, vanilla extract, and salt, then whisk until fully combined and creamy.
  3. Stir in the chia seeds, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  4. Divide the pudding into individual serving jars or bowls and cover them.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to thicken the pudding.
  6. Give each pudding a good stir before serving to break up any clumps.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey, maple syrup, or your preferred sweetener.
  • For extra creaminess and richer flavor, use full-fat Greek yogurt.
  • Top with fresh berries, sliced bananas, chopped nuts, or dark chocolate shavings.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
