Description

Creamy Greek yogurt swirled with honey and vanilla, dotted with bursts of fresh berries, all frozen into bite-size jewels. Pop one straight from the freezer and enjoy a refreshing, fruity snack that melts on your tongue.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl whisk together yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the mixed berries until evenly distributed.
  3. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or a lined ice cube tray, filling each cavity almost to the top.
  4. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until the bites are completely firm.
  5. Pop the yogurt bites out of the molds and serve immediately, or transfer to a freezer-safe bag for storage.

Notes

  • Use any seasonal fruit like mango or pineapple for a different flavor.
  • Substitute maple syrup or agave nectar for a vegan-friendly sweetener.
  • Store the yogurt bites in an airtight container or freezer bag to prevent freezer burn.
  • Let the frozen bites sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before eating to soften slightly.
