Description

These popsicles fuse creamy Greek yogurt, juicy berries, banana, rolled oats, chia seeds, and honey for a grab-and-go breakfast with delightful texture and natural sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup mixed berries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ cup milk

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the banana and place it in a blender with the Greek yogurt, milk, and honey.
  2. Add the mixed berries, rolled oats, and chia seeds to the blender.
  3. Blend on low speed until ingredients are combined but still slightly chunky for texture.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and tap molds gently on the counter to remove air bubbles.
  6. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.

Notes

  • You can substitute almond milk or any plant-based milk for dairy milk.
  • Use fresh or frozen berries depending on availability and sweetness.
  • Let popsicles sit at room temperature for a few minutes before unmolding.
  • Store popsicles in the freezer for up to one month.
