Description

Creamy chocolate and vanilla pudding swirl between crunchy cookie crumbs, topped with fluffy whipped cream and squiggly gummy worms, creating a fun, textural treat that brings a smile to every spoonful.

Ingredients

  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 2 cups chocolate sandwich cookies crushed
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup gummy worms

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl whisk the chocolate pudding mix with 2 cups of cold milk until the mixture thickens, then set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl whisk the vanilla pudding mix with the remaining 2 cups of cold milk until thickened, then set aside.
  3. Place the chocolate sandwich cookies in a resealable bag and crush into fine crumbs using a rolling pin or the bottom of a glass.
  4. Spoon a layer of cookie crumbs into the bottom of each clear parfait glass or cup.
  5. Add a layer of chocolate pudding on top of the cookie crumbs, followed by a layer of vanilla pudding.
  6. Top each parfait with a dollop of whipped cream.
  7. Press a few gummy worms into the whipped cream layer so they appear to be emerging from the “dirt.”
  8. Refrigerate the parfaits for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow layers to set.

Notes

  • Assemble the parfaits in clear cups to highlight the layers.
  • Pudding can be prepared a day in advance and stored covered in the refrigerator.
  • You can substitute chocolate graham crackers for the sandwich cookies if desired.
  • Add gummy worms just before serving to keep them from becoming soggy.
