Description

Juicy grapes coated in warm, apple-infused caramel with a touch of lemon. Each bite delivers a glossy, creamy coating and sweet-tart burst, perfect for sharing or sneaking on movie nights.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound seedless green grapes
  • 1 cup caramel chips
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup apple cider
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse grapes thoroughly and pat dry with a clean towel.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine caramel chips, heavy cream, apple cider, and salt.
  3. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until the caramel melts and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in fresh lemon juice.
  5. Allow the caramel mixture to cool for 2–3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  6. Transfer grapes to a large bowl and pour the warm caramel over them.
  7. Gently toss the grapes to coat evenly in the caramel glaze.
  8. Spread the coated grapes on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use completely dry grapes so the caramel adheres well.
  • Adjust the thickness of the glaze by adding more cream if needed.
  • For a sweeter apple note, swap apple cider for apple juice concentrate.
  • Store any leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
