Description

These frosty yogurt bites combine velvety Greek yogurt with bursts of sweet-tart blueberry. A quick mix, a few hours in the freezer, and you’ve got portable little pops that cool you down with every creamy, fruity nibble.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries, ensuring even distribution.
  3. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or a mini muffin tin lined with paper liners.
  4. Place the molds on a baking sheet and transfer to the freezer.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until the bites are fully set.
  6. Pop the yogurt bites out of the molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  • Use maple syrup instead of honey for a vegan-friendly option.
  • For creamier bites, strain yogurt through cheesecloth for 1 hour to remove excess liquid.
  • Add a pinch of cinnamon or lemon zest for extra flavor.
  • Serve immediately after removing from the freezer to prevent melting.
