Description

These bite-sized pancakes emerge fluffy inside with golden, slightly crisp exteriors. Warm, cinnamon-kissed centers pair perfectly with maple syrup or fresh berries, turning breakfast into a playful, poppable treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 340°F (170°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together pancake mix, milk, egg, melted butter, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Lightly brush or spray the air fryer’s silicone or metal bite pan with vegetable oil.
  4. Spoon batter into each cavity, filling about three-quarters full to allow room for rising.
  5. Place the tray in the air fryer basket and cook for 4–6 minutes, or until the tops are set and edges are golden.
  6. Carefully remove the tray and let the pancake bites cool for 1–2 minutes.
  7. Use a small spatula or toothpick to loosen and remove each bite.
  8. Serve warm with syrup, fruit, or your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • Ensure the batter is thick but pourable to maintain bite shape.
  • Preheating the air fryer helps achieve even cooking and golden edges.
  • Allow the pancake bites to rest briefly before removing to prevent breakage.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
